The cascade — what your saving means up the chain

In construction, efficiency savings rarely sit with one party. A subcontractor who cuts their cost base can keep it as margin — or, more commonly, pass some through in tender pricing to win the next contract. That saving then lands with the main contractor, or the developer paying the bill.

Worked example. A brickwork subcontractor with 80 workers saves around £240k a year using Vyce.
